Terms & Conditions

• We require 50% deposit 2 weeks prior to the function. 
• If you are booking well in advance for your function, feel free to ask for terms to pay off your deposit.
• Please use your Name and Surname or Company name as the reference number when making payment.
• The final payment is to be paid via EFT no later than 48 hours before the function and proof of payment to be emailed to info@spitbraaichamps.co.za. Payments must be done via EFT as we do not accept cash.
• Please note that all deposits paid are non-refundable. 
• Bookings can be re-scheduled provided that the function is fully paid for and that      enough notice is given.
• Bookings less than one week before the function date must be paid in full on the day of the booking. 

We serve customers in the Western Cape and additional traveling costs will only be charged after a 30km radius from N1 City.  

We require a set-up area that is out of the sun and wind, and easy to access. If the site is not easy to access you will have to arrange extra hands to assist with the carrying of the equipment.  

We do not leave any equipment, cutlery or crockery behind under any circumstances, and the Customer will be responsible for any breakages.    

You may keep all the leftovers; however, you need to supply your own containers.
